Therefore, the viscosity of the oil is reduced, the oil film of the moving elements such as the slide valve is thinned and cut, and the friction resistance is increased, resulting in increased wear and tear and easy damage to the components.

Excessive temperature rise causes the shape of the rubber seal to change. This is determined by the rubber parts. If the temperature of the injection molding machine rises too high, it will cause deformation of the rubber seal, accelerate aging, reduce sealing performance and reduce usage time, causing leakage.

If the temperature rises too fast, it will accelerate the oil oxidation deterioration. Too high temperature of the injection molding machine will accelerate the oxidative deterioration of the oil, precipitate asphalt, and reduce the time required for hydraulic oil. The precipitate plugs the damping orifice and the slit valve port, causing the pressure valve to become stuck and unable to operate, the metal pipe is stretched and bent, and even cracked.

If the temperature rises too fast, the working quality of the components will decrease. If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the working quality of the components will be reduced, the dissolved air in the oil will escape, and air pockets will appear, which will cause the working performance of the hydraulic system to decrease.
